We recommend gluing the boar tusks onto the slate shield. The screw for wall mounting is black and therefore hardly stands out from the slate when mounted to the wall. For a completely invisible installation, we offer adhesive metal mounts for the back of the trophy slate in our Onlineshop under "Accessories". If you use this, simply turn the slate disc when gluing the tusks so that the mounting hole is covered by them. If you need an additional hole (e.g. for a decorative oak cover), you can find masonry drills under "Accessories" too.
