Payment Information

The prices at the time of the order apply. The shipping costs according to the shipping costs overview are to be paid additionally. All prices include VAT. Payments are possible as follows:

Prepayment by bank transfer

If you select the prepayment method of payment, the goods you have ordered will only be dispatched once the full invoice amount has been received.

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In this you can see an overview of your order and find all important order data, such as: your customer number, invoice number and our bank details. The desired items will be reserved for you until payment is received.

After receipt of payment of the invoice amount on our bank account, we will ship your order as soon as possible. When paying in advance, the delivery time begins on the day after receipt of payment.

PayPal

PayPal is an online payment service with which you can pay securely, easily and quickly on the Internet. If you select the PayPal payment option, you will be forwarded directly from our site to the relevant PayPal page. There you log into your account, review your order and approve the payment. Payment is made immediately and the ordered goods will be shipped immediately.

Advantages: Payment is made immediately after the order is placed, so the items you have ordered will be sent to you immediately

Purchase on account (Klarna)

Select the option "Klarna - pay later" during the payment process. We will ship the goods as quickly as possible, you have 14 days from the invoice date to settle the invoice. So you only pay when you have received the goods.

Payment with credit card

Pay easily and conveniently by credit card. We need your credit card number, expiry date and card security number as information for the payment. The 3-digit card security code is located on the back of your credit card. When paying by credit card, your credit card will be charged upon conclusion of the contract. At the time of ordering, the credit card must be valid for at least another month.

Payment via immidate transfer

With this payment method, you can conveniently make payments using the usual and familiar online banking of your bank. You will be redirected to your bank's website, where you can enter your online banking access data and authorize the transfer (e.g. via SMS/mobile TAN or digital signature).

Payment in installments (Klarna)

Select "Klarna installment payment" during the payment process. You can choose between different rate options. We will ship the goods as soon as possible, the installment payment will be processed via Klarna.

Cash on delivery

If you pay cash on delivery, you do not need to transfer anything when ordering. Instead, hand over the due amount in cash to the courier who is delivering your order. A fee of €8.00 applies for payment by cash on delivery.

Shipping

We send our products insured throughout Europe with GLS or other well-known parcel services. On this page you will find the shipping costs depending on the country to be delivered.

The minimum order value is 35.00€

Germany & Austria

Shipping to delivery addresses in Germany and Austria is € 9.90, from a shopping cart value of € 75.00 shipping is free. The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days.
